A ratiometric fluorescent biosensor based on self-fluorescent MOF and target-triggered rolling circle amplification for sensitive detection of exosome-derived miRNA
2022, Analytica Chimica ActaCitation Excerpt :Liquid biopsy can be a substitute to traditional biopsy because it is less invasive and requires only trace samples. In recent years, fluorescence principle-based liquid biopsy strategies have been frequently used in miRNA detection owing to their simplicity and flexibility [12–14]. For example, Fan et al. proposed a fluorescence signal amplification method based on the catalytic hairpin assembly indirectly covalent on Fe3O4@C nanoparticles through single-stranded DNA as cross structure for the detection of miRNA-20a [15].
A tetrahedral DNA nanostructure functionalized paper-based platform for ultrasensitive colorimetric mercury detection
2022, Sensors and Actuators B ChemicalCitation Excerpt :With the rapid progress of DNA nanostructures, tetrahedral DNA nanostructure (TDN), a kind of rigid scaffolds, is a desired choice to overcome this drawback. It is generated by a simple self-assembly process with advantages of high yield, great mechanical rigidity, good structural stability, high addressability and excellent controllability [38,40–43]. Benefiting from its outstanding intrinsic merits, TDN could anchor recognition molecular (such as DNA or RNA) in a consistently specific orientation and well-defined spacing thus significantly improve the capture efficiency and sensitivity [38,40–43].
